I am a professional bodybuilder trainer. I have more than 10 years experience in bodybuilder trainer profession. I have my own gym and I have 100+ students. Today I will give you some tips for the beginner bodybuilders. All these ideas is my own created that I am sharing this from my own 10 years experience.
I know there have many similar ideas you will find in online because of “Spammer” however don’t forget to give me your opinion about my articles.
Tip No. 1 – One of the most important tip is to drink lots of water to be hydrated. You can also take other best quality energy drink to be hydrated.
Tip No. 2 – Warming up, It is most important for every bodybuilder. It helps to flowing blood through the muscles and it will also protect you from muscle injury.
Tip No. 3 – Try to do non equipment exercise before using equipment for bodybuilding. Non equipment exercise will help you to build endurance before moving equipment exercise.
Tip No. 4 – Try to do workouts with one of your mate. It will motivate you and it will be enjoyable for both of you. If you can find an expert workout mate he can share with you good tips and ideas that will be also helpful for you.
Tip No. 5 – Work with a plan. Don’t do your bodybuilding exercise without a proper plan. For this you can take suggestions from your local expert bodybuilder or searching online with your need.
Tip No. 6 – Take rest at least one day per week. You should give your body a full day of complete rest so that your muscle can take time to grow up and maintain your body fat.
Tip No. 7 – Don’t eat fatty food, As you are going to build a strong body so you must ignore fatty food. Try to be vegetarian as much as possible.
Tip No. 8 – Go to the gym, beside your home exercise you should try to go a gym at least 3-4 days per week. I don’t think one person can make his own gym in his home with all exercise equipment as it will be costly and hard to arrange.
Tips No 10 – Take (Somatropin) stimulates growth of bones, cells, and organs. Lots of clinical studies have shown that it causes a decrease in body fat and an increase in bone growth and muscle mass. So if you want fast and safe result you can take somatropin hgh.
Work hard for your desire physics and you will get your desire result one day. Don’t be hopeless if you become unsuccessful after doing 5/6 months exercise. Try again and again you will be successful one day and your history will inspire others one day.
